Product was inferior, broke within 2 weeks of receiving.the flexible hose just hung there and would not adjust to any heights.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SHOWERHEAD. IT STARTED LEAKING WATER AROUND THE FACE OF THE SETTING DIAL & IT WAS SUPPOSE TO MASSAGE PULSE FOR ONE OF THE SIX SETTINGS, THAT WAS A LAUGH.

Unfortunately, the much expected item I received was broken on arrival and could not be installed. You made it so very easy to return, and I chose not to replace it due to a timing restriction. Regrets and thanks.Fred

The product is cheaply made, I would NOT recommend it to anybody. The hose couldn't hold the head up sufficiently. Then, as I was adjusting it for the first use the head broke off the hose. POS.
