These work as promised. My dog has just about woren out the bone itself but it is not the fault of the bone - she is a 85lb, heavy chewer. The refill works fine, I only use two at a time. The remains of the refill insert in the channels of the bone keeps her occupied. They can be removed with a special part of the bone. It is well made and I consider the bone and refills a good buy.

I have 2 dogs and both love this product! The challenge is to get the whole strip out of the bone holder. One has been successful but the other is still trying. Will buy again.

They keep my dogs busy and happy for awhile, and they even like chewing on the bones after the rawhide is gone. I have not had a problem fitting the strips into the slats even after extensive chewing. My dogs are large, aggressive chewers and the bones have held up well.

We've used these in Maddie's funny bone since she was little and she loves them. I only wish they'd last longer!
