I purchased this product recently because of the many benefits of daily use of Royal Jelly. It is a huge immunity builder, antioxidant, memory enhancer as well as great source of many vitamins (B's especially) that we all need to stay healthy and happy for all of our years. I use it on sprouted raisin bread with a bit of coconut oil as well for a delicious, healthy beginning to my day. My husband and son have noticed a significant difference in how they feel as well. It is creamy and tasty without being sugary sweet. Nice, pleasant flavor.
