The packaging, like the item description, says that the item is for the new Sprint HTC Hero. While it fits the phone somewhat (with some significant slack), the button labels are wrong, the camera hole is in the wrong place, and the case has a small bevel like it was intended for a different version of the Hero.

Like Jason before me, I was fooled by the product image and description. (silly me thinking they were shipping what their product listing said they were selling).. what i received was for the standard HTC Hero and is totally incompatible with the Sprint Hero. Sure it fits in there, sort of, but the buttons are wrong and its simply not the advertised model. Might as well have gotten a case for a Blackberry, would fit about the same. Bad form seller, bad form!

This DOES fit the U.S. version of the HTC Hero offered by Sprint. The case looks like the photos above, and fits my new (bought December 4th 2009) HTC Hero nicely. All the ports are accessible as well as the camera lens. I would easily buy again.

A good little case for my HTC hero from Sprint. Fits well and will protect my gphone. Only issue is the charger doesn't stay in as well, but that really only means you have to find the right way to plug it in around the case. Bought 1/10

I ordered this skin for my Sprint HTC Hero on a Monday and received it in the mail on Friday. It fits my phone perfectly. It's a very nice cover, looks just like the picture.

the case fits well on the sprint cdma htc hero. for the price, even with the shipping, how can you complain? the case doesn't add too much bulk to the phone and seems like it would do a decent job protecting the phone from falls. the case does rise a bit above the screen so it "might" protect the phone from face down falls.

I spent so much time reading up on these skins and covers that I regretted as soon I put it on the phone. It's cheap, fits good, improves the look of the phone and offers added protection and grip. I could have had it arrive a day earlier which would have saved my wifes phone from the dings it got when she dropped it if I didn't waste time trying to save a buck. Just get the color you like and click order.

The shipping was very fast. It fit my phone just fine I think the other two people got the cover for the other Hero that was made thats to bad because this was the right one for my phone. it fits like a glove.

It doesn't fit very snug and it blocks the mini usb charger (the hole isn't big enough). I don't use it anymore.

The case fits well. Soon after I put it on I put it through a accidental test run, and it did its job. There was a slight defect in that some excess materiel had covered some of the charging port. I took an exacto blade and it was fixed easily. would definitely recommend.
