I consider the OMRON Premium Blood Pressure Monitor - Model HEM 775 to be the best monitor available. I've looked over others at the stores and nothing seems to be up to this quality. This monitor is made to be very compact. It's quick to open and the pre-formed cuff is easy to place on your arm. The face has large numbers and it's simple to operate. It has the capability to keep stored information on two users which are clearly marked as A and B and you can save 100 readings for each person. You can also keep your morning and evening blood pressure readings separate and it can detect an irregular heartbeat. It comes with batteries and an AC adapter. I also like the fact that this little computer is attractive and can sit neatly on your counter or easily placed in a kitchen drawer. It comes with a 5 year guarantee. I think it's one of the best quality purchases that I've made in a long time.

This is by far the most accurate blood pressure monitor I've owned. I am very pleased with the design, I can take it with me if I travel, and it fits persons who are overweight. It has a 5 year warranty. I also bought one for my mom and she said she liked it as well.

This BP cuff is very accurate! Much better than the wrist ones. The comfit cut is very easy to put on, and the memory of keeping record for 2 different people is very helpful.I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to keep track of their blood pressure. Deffinitely a must have!

I have used the Omron HEM-775 for at least two years. It gives accurate readings and is easy to read. The one big problem that I have had is that when I am experiencing rapid and irregular heartbeat, it frequently gives me an "Error" message time after time and will not complete the reading. This is unfortunate, because this is when the reading is the most important to me.

I returned one machine because I thought it was faulty; but the second machine reacts the same way.

I decided to purchase the Omron HEM-775 Blood Pressure Monitor after reviewing this product on-line at both Amazon.com and the Omron web-site. First of all Omron is rated the highest for making B.P. Monitors that are of high quality, are accurate in their measurements, and are feature laden. After reading the reviews about this product and seeing its design and having all of the nice features that I wanted, I decided to purchase it. I have not been disappointed with it either after receiving it and putting it into use. It has certainly lived up to my expectations. If their was only one negative I could say about it, it is the fact that it is certainly not a compact unit if you needed to have a unit to use while traveling. But then I new that before I purchased it, and that just isn't that big a deal. Thank you Omron for producing such a fine product. And thank you Amazon.com for also distributing it at such a very reasonable price.

Does exactly what is advertized. Easy to use. To improve should add ability to download readings to a memory stick.

I have one of these monitors and my sister had some small wrist monitor. She had many problems gettig good readings so I bought this for her and she took it to her doctor who gave it a big thumbs up to watch her blood pressure and said it was as good as the one in their MD offices.

Omron brand of BP monitors are the No.1 doctor recommended for accuracy and reliability. I initially purchased a different brand monitor but returned it to buy an Omron because I learned that it is better calibrated than other brands. I am happy with this product and would recommend it.

Versatility of the arm cuff alone is worth getting this. Fits small to large arms. Other Omron monitors come with small/med or large cuffs. The 775 can be for the whole family if need be. It's readings are accurate to within 5% per my doc. Batteries last a long time. I use Sanyo Eneloop's BTW. Rechargeable. Quality is what you'd expect from a great company like Omron. Compact design for travel. You won't be disappointed with this monitor.
