Someone decided that a suite # was a whole address, so obviously I never got the item. Hummmm! I wonder why they got it back? I requested a refund, and they withheld the $7.00 postage. Who benefited from this transaction. I didn't get the product, and they got their cost back for a shipping error that they made.

I was a little skeptical when I saw how cheap it was for these cartridges, but I was not at all disappointed when I received them. They even had one side of the cartridge made out of clear plastic so you could see how much ink was inside. They were all full almost the whole way. I was very impressed . . . they print great . . . no problems with anything. With such a low price, this cannot be beat in my opinion. I will definitely buy from this seller again! Highest recommendation!!!!!

I got 4 ink cartriges for about what the 1 blk brand name was and these appear to be just as good quality.

I bought these for my 1 year old Brother MFC240C printer and what a mistake. I had usually refilled my cartridges on all my other printers but never on a Brother printer. I decided on these because of the price and to save the hassle of refilling them myself. On Brother All in One machines there is a little circuit board that the cartridge rests against. There is no room for error in this setup and if any ink leaks out at all, even a couple drops , it will short out this circuit board. This is a terrible design by Brother but you must live with it if you own one. As soon as this happens it will never detect the cartridge that leaked again, and when any one of the 4 is not detected the printer will not print no matter what. I found this out with my very first set of these cheap cartridges. I really wanted to save some money as printer cartridges are a complete ripoff at the OEM level. They ruined a very good machine and I had to by a new printer. Also because of this I will never by a Brother printer again either. I am not one to write reviews but thought I would maybe save someone else from this nightmare.

I lost my money because the size wasnt right. i hav the printer MFC-3360C. Id suggest not to buy this. Thank You

They shipped the day I placed the order....seriously. I am so excited about this ink. I used to spend $50 for black and colored ink at office depot, but now I get it for 1/10 the price through these guys. We've had the ink for 2 months, and everything seems to be fine. Highly recommend.

The customer service dept for this item is reliable and sincere. The product is a fraction of the cost of the Brother Ink Cartridges and equally good. I was an idiot and had the cartridge turned the wrong way when trying to install, I contacted the vendor and within hours I was contacted by a very kind and helpful person whom did not make me feel as dumb as I was for putting the cartridge in the wrong way...

Very quick shipping on this one. My husband installed it in to time to replace our empty cartridges. You can't beat the price and the quality seems fine so far.

I am so happy that I found this product. I was spending a fortune before, and the quality is outstanding Matter of fact I would even say it surpasses the original product. Which did tend to fade towards the end, but not this one. This is the 2nd time I purchased and getting ready to purchase again. Works with documents and fotos too. Great product
