I absolutely loved this case when I first purchased it and placed it on my phone. It works great and looks great. But after a couple weeks...when I took off the cover...there were scratches ALL OVER MY PHONE.. on the screen that is covered by the bottom part of the case and on the back and sides (the paint was scratched off of the phone) This sounds like a bad review..but honestly, I'm just trying to warn other people of the damage it can cause to your phone. I am really mad that I've only had this phone for a couple weeks...and I took the time & money to get a case to protect it...and it probably would have been better off without a case at all! So I would recommend finding something else to protect your phone.(:

I saw this product and really liked it. I was super excited to buy it and get it in the mail. When it arrived I was no longer excited to own it. The actual product is not the same that is pictured, it doesn't have the little bar that covers the very edge of the screen like the one shown. Not only that, it doesn't fit. The top right corner doesn't snap onto the phone so anytime you even think about using the phone, the back the case falls off. At first I thought it was just a defective case (because that does happen) so i returned it.. And waited for a new one... IT DID THE SAME THING! Same spot and everything!!

My recommendations are; keep your money, it's a piece of crap.

I just read the other review about the phone being scratched after taking the cover off....I have had my phone for a couple of months and purchased the cover shortly after but I haven't taken the cover off so I don't know if it is scratched or not. I just tried to remove it and it is rather hard to remove so I am not going to remove it right now. But the cover is still in good condition.

The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because I am not sure as to whether it scratches the phone or not.

I love the color and style of the cover. Although I am having trouble getting the cover off, I do remember it snapping on rather easily. I purchased this one and the blue plaid one as well. I did cover my screen with an AT&T brand screen protector first. In regard to the screen protector (I know I am not reviewing that product but I think it is important to share this), I tried to purchase a less expensive screen protector and it flat didn't work....there may be other brands out there that do work (the one I bought came in a package with the car charger and other accessories too) but for me the AT&T brand, which cost approximately $10.00 for 3 protectors was worth the price! They are made to custom fit their phones and the material is much better quality than the one I purchased to begin with.....sorry to talk about another product but it does have to do with the Samsung Impression phone.

I actually like using my phone BETTER WITH THE COVER than without it! It seemed to slide open a little "too" easy without the cover. With the cover it slides open just right.....when I want it to.

I will update my review at a later time once I have figured out how to take off the cover without tearing up the phone itself!!! I guess if I can't take the cover off I won't be able to use the other color.

For less than $2.00 + shipping, it definitely seems like a good deal to me. But then again, I can't comment as to whether it scratches the phone or not.

case came as promised. great condition too. only issue i have is i bought the case because it was pretty and i needed something so i wouldnt scratch my phone. stays on great slides nicely. taking it in and out of my purse/ lying it down thru the house/ kids playing games on it. normal wear and tear the covering began to chip with in the first month or so making the case not as attractive. so might have to take it easy or put some kind of clear coat on this product so yours dont chip like mine did.

The very first time we put this cover on it cracked. I contacted AccessoryOne (the seller through Amazon.com) on December 29, 2009 and alerted them to the problem. They indicated in the email that they would send me a new cover right away. It is now June 26, 2010 and I still have not received the new cover. I have been contacting them monthly via email and keep getting the same response, that they will send it right away.

I do not know if all their covers have issues like mine did, and even though their emails have been very courteous, they do not follow through on their customer service. I would not recommend ordering from AccessoryOne - no matter how cute the cover is.

case looks nice and stays on well. protects the phone well. fit is not quite snug enough; drags over the phone when opening and closing. Have to push it closed on that last quarter inch.

This is a really nice case and it protects well. I don't know that it scratches the phone, I haven't seen any. My only real complaint about the case is the fit. It fits alright, but it's just slightly off. It's super cute and stylish though and for the price it's not bad, but if you're looking for a tight fit and smooth sliding case you do not want to buy this.

I ordered this on a Wednesday and received it on Saturday with standard shipping... but once I opened the shipping and saw the product I was disappointed with the actual product. It looks really cheap and is sort of a metallic with seems like it scratches off easily. It went on easily but is sort of difficult to remove (it took a couple of minutes). It honestly just doesn't look the picture displayed.

I am very satisfied with this case. I have noticed no damage to my phone. It got dirty underneath the case, but there was no damage. It takes the strength of an army to remove the case, and it holds up well. The bottom part's clips broke and it doesn't stay on like it should. The biggest problem I have is the pattern is chipping off. The color is just falling off in giant chunks, which isn't a big deal for someone like me, but for the price, it's worth it.

This cover is extremely cute. It also provides great protection. I accidentally dropped my phone face down on the pavement and you can't even tell. The cover has a little scratch that you can only feel, not see.
