Users of Panax Ginseng Extract 'vials' will appreciate this product. The little glass jar was easy to open, with a plastic top. The box came with plenty of straws, but I personally dring it straight from the glass. Delivery and price was good as well. The taste is strong, probably because there is little honey in this mixture -- and because it is 'extra' strength (6000mg). The effect was also strong, which I appreciated.

The main affect that I notice with ginseng is a little extra energy and ALOT of increased libido.

For my use, I take two or three vials spread over the first half of the day, and the effects usually are noticeable within 72 hours. Hope this helps, enjoy!

I've tried a number of similar products. This product has two valuable features: first, it has a plastic top that is easy to get off (as opposed the the aluminum ones that often shred, and then shred one's fingers); second, it has a consistent quality in terms of taste and 'energy' in comparison to other brands. I use it for overall energy and as part of my chronic pain management, and have noticed a benefit in both contexts.

They say that when a ginseng root is 20 years or older the extract has adaptogenic qualities and is also a good Jing tonic. I took it in the morning and even before going to bed and it always the effect was very positive, relaxed and pleasant. I never felt jittery or nervous with this product. I also like the fact that is not alcohol based but honey-distilled water based. I will probably use this product again.

After months of taking this product, without any noticable benefits, I decided to check it out on the Consumer Lab web site. The site states the product "Only had 2% of expected minimum amount of ginsenosides and less than 10% of claimed amount." I will not be purchasing this product again.

First, I ordered this and had it amazingly fast. Fast e-mail response to my order and super-fast delivery! I've used ginseng for years and always look for the oldest root - this is the 1st time I've found 22 year old ginseng root (oldest previously was 20 years old) - the older the root the better the experience. I've had boxes delivered where there were bottles broken in mysterious places within the boxes. Every single box was perfect (I ordered 4 boxes) - not even one broken bottle. As far as taste, if you're used to the taste of ginseng you won't have any surprises. I use it for a gentle and consistent form of extra energy - doesn't give me the gitters. I'm also like the other reviewer, Mr. Smith, and use it successfully for chronic pain management (it doesn't get it all but it certainly gently takes the edge off) and for giving me extra energy to counteract the fatigue that the pain gives me. I take 3 at a time early in the day to get the best results.

Great Product easy to use and works very well. I tried many pill forms of Ginseng with fair results the liquid forms just seems to work better and last longer.

At $11.25 / 30 bottles that's roughly 35 Cents a bottle. I think this is a very very good value

I will say that after using the product for 5 straight days I feel relaxed & energized, but some of that may be due to a healthier / more green diet, & the introduction of fulvic acid.

While the case has Chinese characters on it, I'm pretty sure it's produced in the states. As Panax ginseng is an American ginseng variety.
NOTE: Different varieties of ginseng's DO NOT have the same effect on the human body. They are Sub-Species and have different
effects.

It's well packaged and I'm planning on keeping the box to store odds & ends. The case has some weight to it, but not much.

The bottle caps DO NOT twist off. To me this is a down side. However after playing with the bottle for a while I decided to "Stab" it with a pen. This seems to do the trick. After that force the included straws (see photos I uploaded) into the bottle. It doesn't go in so smoothly though some force is required. It may even be harder for the average Joe. (I work in shipping, am a programmer that types 85wpm, & have rigorously used a finger spring set.

Once the straw is inserted through the metal cap you can begin to drink it. dah.
For me sucking on the straw takes ~3-4 seconds to remove all of the herb extract from the bottle.
It doesn't taste the greatest so have some water or better yet Vitamin Water Zero on hand to wash the flavor down.

Highly recommend.

Very good price on this. I've paid locally for this and this is a MUCH better deal than I get at the Kroger's.
Also, my order arrived with 3 of the 30 bottles broken. No problem Amazon refunded me $3 since I didn't want to mess with sending the rest back for an exchange. Very fair, right?!
