I thought this case was GREAT... at first. It was nice looking (especially for the price) and had the features I wanted (had a cover and said cover flipped UP not to the side, enough padding). Also, I didn't notice any smell. The last cover I purchased closed with a magnet -- which completely messed up my iPod. This one does use magnetic closure on the "snap", but at least it is to the back side of the cover and not sticking directly to the iPod body, so it is not interfering with my iPod.

However, if you will notice, the top layer of the leather just above the volume control... it is just flapping in the breeze. I wish it was attached at the corner above the volume controls because now it is so loose, the iPod is always slipping out. Especially when my children are using my iPod, which is when I need it protected the most! (Some versions of this case are connected above the volume controls, for a tighter hold.)

My daughter liked it for her Ipod but is a little flimsy so shes planning on getting a case instead.

My daughter broke her iPod w/i one month of having it. She dropped it by mistake. Anyway, I purchased this cover and it is the best. It totally protects the iPod!! She told me that this cover was the best thing I ever bought. I am well satisfied and would recommend this product to any iPod user.

I bought this case because I needed something that would keep my touch screen from getting dirty and scratched when I travel. The leather is okay it seems to be holding up well but, I was a little disappointed that the snap feature was one of those magnetic buttons and not an actual snap button. Since its magnetic it seems to open up when I don't want it to but, its not too much of a concern. There are openings to all the ports for the touch which is nice but, I have noticed that I still have to take the ipod out of the case so I can plug it into the fm transmitter in my car which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, this is a nice product that does exactly what its supposed to do. Even though it has some flaws for the price you really cant pass it up.

This case allows easy access to all outlets. I like the design and it protects the screen.

I bought this in July 2010 and I am still using it on my Ipod Touch 3rd gen(didnt had camera..introduced 2 months after my purchase)... and I love IT.. :) :)
The color is amazing...most of my friends and colleagues complimented me about the color and its look and feel.
I bought this basically to avoid scratches on my Ipod and it has done it job fully.
I always use Ipod with the cover on... Its like a dress to my Ipod :)
After 1.5yrs of usage, it has just got normal wear n tear..works Perfect for me :)

One problem that I noticed, you cant play games (for me it was Angry Birds), while having the cover on..

but I am sure... it is the best thing you can have to keep your Ipod in the midst of the purse with other junks...and with NO SCRATCHES.

Our daughter wanted a purple leather case for her ipod. This case met all her expectations and then some. She was pleased with the color and design. She has had friends ask where she got it. Our daughter is pleased and so are we.

I love the color and is excellent to protect my IPod, I just love it, I already order another one as a gift for my sister.

didn't fit as advertised - gave it to someone else to see if they could use it on a different item.

Great protection for screen. makes it not light up as bright while using it, but it is an over all good product.
