This rug pad is worth the money...I have spent more on similar quality items. Definitely worth it especially when you factor in tax and shipping savings as well. I always look to buy at Amazon whenever possible. I feel this pad would cost double elsewhere. A+ item

I've bought and used lots of rug liners over the years. This is the best of the waffle stuff I've ever had. It's sticky and thick and spongy. Cuts easily. Holds great. Comes in true 2x8'. Some liners I've ordered come in little pieces that add up to whatever size I want.

WOW! I just got this and I cannot believe how much better it is walking on my rug! It is so soft and my rug does not slip when my daughter runs over it. I wish I had found this product years ago and I just ordered more for all my other area rugs! Excellent product and received it quickly!! I did not notice any smell as others have mentioned but I did open it and let it set in my garage for a couple days just in case.

Amazon gives Sellers opportunity to sell a variety of items on their Website! This item is the least expensive I've found for such a thick mat. Holds my jute carpet in place perfectly. Recommend this item and Amazon!

I'd been using old strips of other, trimmed-down rugpads for a while, and it was getting on my nerves. I finally just went ahead and got this one and it fits well and does not slide around. The pad stays on the hardwood, and the rug stays on the pad. There has been no discoloration or any negative effect on the hardwood, and so far, it's just a good rug pad, exactly what I needed.

I aired it out a bit outside when it first came, but the smell vanished rapidly and has not been an issue.

I switched to this carpet pad about 6 weeks ago. It works really well, even with my three dogs. I only have to adjust it a little every couple of days because of the dogs racing around, but with normal use, the rugs stay put.

I finally found a product that works at keeping my runner on my hardwood floor in place!

It was exactly what i was looking for. My runner now stays in place, no more slipping or sliding. Very easy to work with. I would buy again if needed. Shipping was also very quick. Excellent to do business with.

The product was a little bigger than my rug so I had to trim it a bit. It also doesn't seem to provide that much more cushion but I mainly bought the rug pad to keep my runner from slipping everywhere. Now my runner doesn't slip anymore, but I know it still moves a little on top of the rug pad because the rug pad starts poking out and then I have to adjust the runner to completely cover the rug pad. So if you're anal about constantly having some of the pad show (and then having to put it back in place), then you might need to try another rug pad. I also bought the 3x5 rug pad for a heavier rug and that one seems to be staying put a little better.

I use this on my wooden floors for a 2.5 x 7 heavy runner rug. My cats run up and down the hall all day and the rug stays in place! Exactly what I needed to keep the cats from scratching up the wood. There was extra material so I cut it to use on another rug. Works great! Initially noticed the slightly extra cushion rug pad gives, but on a thick rug you won't even notice.
