Pros:
- Goes on easily and adheres well to the unit.
- Fits a 4.3" GPS nicely.
- Provides a smooth surface that still accepts touch input well.
- Comes with a cleaning cloth so you don't have dirt or smudges trapped beneath the screen protector.

Cons:
- The backing is clear plastic as is the actual screen protector to be applied to your unit. And they are the same size. It's a guess as to which of the two you should be putting on your unit. (Hint: The part with the "pull here" tab is the backing.)
- Incredibly splotchy, rendering it not uniformly transparent. (Even after working the air bubbles out.)

Overall:
Don't use this product. While it will protect your GPS, the visual distraction is worse than scratches would be.
