Warps and separates,

The cutting board works, as far as cutting boards go, but the two-tone effect is created by end pieces held on by two wooden pegs on each end. The pegs eventually come loos or break. Our board also warped, but because the two tones come from two different woods, they didn't warp at the same rate which increased the separation of the middle part from the ends.
Stick with single-piece cutting boards and save yourself the hassle. |
