I think the company has been doing a great job in delivery schedule as well as packaging quality! It's way better than my expectation. However, the toner quality is another story, unfortunately!

The print quality was really poor and somehow, I thought it's caused by the toner mechanism; so I transferred all of ink powder from the generic toner that I just bought to the old original toner from Brother. The print result was the same; it was as bad as the first try!
Unfortunately, during the ink powder transfer, there's a small accident making the powder splashed all over on the new toner that I wouldn't think that I could have returned it!

Now I'm looking for the toner again and will keep the review "Stick with OEM..." in mind; stick with Brother's!

I wish I could have been informed in advance some kind of test result between an OEM toner and a generic toner in term of print quality! It would make my life easier in picking the toner I really wanted!

poor quality - at first it blotched up my printouts then once that problem went away,
the print on the pages are very light in ink. Wish I bought a brother toner cartridged.
I lost faith in remanufactured products.

This toner lasts forever and is very high quality. The printer is incredible, too. I've been using it in the office for more than two years. Best money I've ever spent in the office. It just keeps running and running... perfectly... no maintenance.

The cartridge was received on time in the condition stated - new. The cartridge installed and works properly. I would order from this company again.

Very disappointed product. Buy this product twice already in it's been very low quality. It's seems that the Ink goes away just after a few printed papers. I've already sent an e-mail to the seller and I am waiting for a response and a replacement. See if it happens.

The company bent over backwards to solve the problem with the toner cart. I would definatly purchase from them again.

I paid less than $30 - that's less than half of what an original Brother cartridge costs.

I've used it only for a couple of days now, but it's worked perfectly in my Brother MFC 8440 so far.

Would have liked the cartridge to be perfectly clean when I took it out of the packaging, but not a big deal.

Item was as promised - compatible with Brother MFC 8840D. No issues with the vendor (e.g wrong item shipped, poor packaging, etc). The printing quality is good, though the color seems to be lighter than the original manufacture cartridges. The shipping was slow comparing to other vendors but on schedule and within the promised time period. I ordered several items that day, this order was the last to arrive, a week later.

Overall, a very good item and most importantly at a good price. I would definitely buy again but this time will place order in advance before I am about to run out of toner.

Cartridge printed fine at first. After about 2 days,the cam wheel inside it got stuck and started making a grinding sound - now it prints choppy and has dark lines and marks all over the page. Good thing there was a little toner left in my old cartridge or I wouldn't have been able to print my return label!

Poor quality toner. I got what the price is worth. But if someone should sell something it should at least be acceptable but the quality is really bad. Print out was terrible. Dont waste time ordering.
