This book is certainly a first of its kind. The number of authors included in this anthology is unprecedented, covering the literature of slavery all the way to the 21st-century. Substantively, it is very engaging and beautifully produced. I found the map to be very useful, as were the well-crafted bibliographies.

Definitely the way to go when buying textbooks. Simply entered the ISBN # for the book I needed, found it BRAND NEW for $80 less than my schools store without leaving the house. :)
