We ordered this textbook to replace a lost textbook. The Title, cover picture, and ISBN on Amazon were exactly what we needed. My son opened the box and it was the wrong textbook--close, but NOT what we had ordered! Sellers need to be held accountable if they ship the wrong item than what is represented on the website!

This is the first time I purchased text books on line and was concerned how things would turn out. The seller was wonderful and very helpful. We did several transactions and all were positive.
