Great Seller
This is the first time I purchased text books on line and was concerned how things would turn out. The seller was wonderful and very helpful. We did several transactions and all were positive. The books came as described and the prices were great. There was one book we had problems with and she took it back without question. I would highly recommend her.

Wrong Book--Extremely disappointed
We ordered this textbook to replace a lost textbook. The Title, cover picture, and ISBN on Amazon were exactly what we needed. My son opened the box and it was the wrong textbook--close, but NOT what we had ordered! Sellers need to be held accountable if they ship the wrong item than what is represented on the website!
