I have a huge collection of nursing textbooks from the last two years of nursing school. I have always found the Prentice Hall Nursing reviews & rationales helpful in each subject and Nursing leadership and Management was no different, it is a great resource. It is to the point, well written and full of NCLEX style questions that get your brain thinking. Plus, it includes a disk that includes more questions and vocabulary practice. I highly recommend this book along with any of the Prentice Hall reviews & rationals available at Amazon.

A good cramming session companion... If I didn't have enough time to study (which can be all the time), I'd browse thru this the morning before the test.
