Study guide was a wonderful, organized review of the book's material. When used with the book, it will help prepare for a promotional test immensely. Keep in mind however, that the study guide alone is not a substitute for all of the material in the book. I would not advise using it as a shortcut alone. A co-worker of mine taking the same test did so, thinking he could get away without reading all of the book's material we were responsible for. He failed the test miserably.
