got mine via email last night. i wonder why you guys didn't get yours. maybe they will just sporadically send out the codes. i'm still at work and i can't wait to go home and play this game. glaring reviews all around.
i waited the 2 days( thursday at this point then went to support then took them About 3 days not including weekends to get this solved with) last time then talked to support but meh im going to just go talk to them now so i can get the 1-2 days it takes for marketing to get back to me anyways ...
I didn't get mine either. I think they're supposed to e-mail us the code, but in the past I've gotten my codes either the day the game ships or the day it arrives. I just checked my e-mail a few minutes ago and still nothing. I'll be contacting customer support to see if I can get my code.
You guys need to realize amazon says they will send codes out via email within 2 days of the game release. For every single game a thread like this pops up and for every single game amazon gets the codes to most people in time.
I just read on the 2K Sports Support website that there have been issues with the DLC codes for the Xbox 360. Maybe Amazon has held off on sending codes until this is resolved?
From the 2K website:

@Kramer I know they say that, but I've been pre-ordering from Amazon for a few years now and I've always had the codes e-mailed to me before the game arrives. I've never received the game before the code until 2K13 which is why I thought something was wrong.
I was able to call up the amazon support number (1-866-216-1072) and get a downloadable content redeem code for my Xbox 360 preorder. It took me a good while to get the support rep to understand the issue, and she had to talk to her lead, but after 10 or 15 minutes I was able to get the code over the phone. I asked her to also send it via email, which she did.
My son and I entered the code on the xbox, it worked perfectly, and we're doing slam dunk contests right now.
*** BRING IT UP WITH AMAZON. THEY DID NOT INCLUDE THE CODE which is B***SH*T. I asked the rep where it was and they told me it was not included. If you start a live chat with them, they will get you one right away.
@C. Kramer I get what you are saying, but in this case I couldn't remember if we were supposed to receive a physical voucher that came with the game or if an e-mail code was supposed to be sent. That's why I was asking if anyone had received anything.
Either way, I called customer service and after talking to 2 seperate people, they finally sent the code.
