The color is true to picture. However, the company sent me the wrong knobs, not metal but wood. Also, not all of the hardware was the right size for the drawers(they were too big, we had to make new/bigger holes). There was some damage and lots of chipped places, however, the company did send a marker to cover up those places on the product. It did take a while to put together 2+hours, but we did have to make new holes, so that did take lots of time. I will call the company to complain about the product and receive the correct knobs. The dresser does match my other espresso furniture (rocker/glider, dresser and changing table).

I'm still waiting for the broken piece to be replaced cant put dresser together yet it has been three weeks

Took me a pretty long time to put together. Followed the directions very closely and when I was finally finished, the dresser felt wobbly. The dresser is perfectly fine if you are going to be gently and not move it.

A very classy and chic design. easy to put together and the ease of the drawers is great. Two different trim styles to choose from in one package.

When I put this one together, the drawers were not lined up correctly. The pre-drilled holes made it impossible to line them up, so I had to re-drill free handed. It finally worked, but now it's off balance. If all the drawers are open at once, the dresser topples forward.

Well First Off The Package Came Super Fast, So Thats A Plus. But...The Top: The Main Part Of The Dresser Was Damaged With A Huge Dent And Chipped "Wood". Thought It Wasnt Worth Sending Back And Waiting For A Replacement So I Guess I Can Live With It. I Just Colored It In With The Marker They Sent. Very Wobbly And Not Sturdy At All. Still Think I Paid Too Much Even If It Was "On Sale". Dont Recommend...

When i first looked at the dresser i fell in love, the color and size were perfect. When we went on to put it together, it was a pain in the butt, none of the screws are labeled so your on your own to figure that out. The wood parts arent labeled very well but once we got past that point it was pretty easy going, i think it took maybe 1 1/2 hours altogether but i did notice the description says the knobs are metal, well there not they are definently wood. I dont see it making a big deal but i did notice it. Overall the dresser is sturdy enough for what i paid for it, but i dont think i would pay anymore. It was an ok buy

Delivery was pretty fast and came in a few boxes that were easy enough to transport. Building the dresser took a little while but that can be expected if it is supposed to be sturdy. The material was average. It's nothing special but serves the purpose. I didn't like how all the screws came mixed in one bag. Some were similar but slightly different in size. I used the wrong ones and had to go back and change them out. I bought this dresser on "sale." I could not imagine paying full price for this. The sale price I paid was fair I guess but would have felt entirely ripped off if I paid the "original" price it was listed for. It is by no means a top-of-the-line dresser but serves it's purpose and looks fairly nice. I think it is worth what I paid for it. It is just an average dresser. Don't expect something amazing and it could be a fairly decent buy only if on sale.

I was hesitant to buy the dresser after reading some bad reviews, but the picture appeared to be just what I was looking for and I hoped that the reviewers were just critical people. The dresser looks fine once assembled and is similar to as it appears in the picture. If you are looking for a high quality piece of furniture, this is not for you, but for my first purchased dresser it will get me by. The drawers stick a lot and do not open smoothly so they sometimes require some jostling. The only thing I wish I would have known before ordering is that while the finish of the dresser is a nice dark-chocolate brown, it dresser is made to look like real wood and show grain and looks clearly fake.

So if you aren't looking for top quality, the dresser is true to it's price and looks fine once in a decorated, furnished room!
