My Navy recruiter told me about this book so I ordered it and got it 3 days later from amazon.com. I got this book and it is awesome. The cd works great and every thing I needed and more to help me was in there. I recommend this book to everyone who is thinking of going in the service and wants to get a real job! GET THIS BOOK AND SCORE HIGH!!!!

It's a complete book. I got another one ASVAB but this one is much better.Because it contains good explanations of the ASVAB.I fully recommend this book.

A lot of work, but it is worth it if you want a militery carrear.

received in great condition. was problem with the first book not having a cdrom, but warren sent me another with the cd-rom and told me to keep the other copy. i donated it to the library. customer service was excellent and i recommend shopping with this company. honest, sincere, and morally sound!!! what more can you ask for???

I DO NOT recommend this book at all. The CD Rom does not work properly, and I have had a very frustrating time with it. It looks like a very [..]test simulator. I thought [...]had a quality product all these years, I called them and complained about their CD-Rom and they seem to have a [..]software outfit write their CD Rom.

i found this book to be helpful and a great review for anyone who preparing to take the asvad.

I really do not recommend this book because CD-rom that comes along with the text book doesn't work properly. I tried three different computers to set it up, but I failed to do so. !!!!!!!You don't want to go through the same thing I did!!!!

As of September 28, 2001 there are two reviews, each of which give this exam guide, by the respective reviewer, one star from five. In both instances, the given reason is that the CD-ROM is not functional. While I agree that this is a sufficient and sensible problem with the publication as a whole, it fails to address the question I have, the question I imagine anyone seeking an exam guide would keep foremost in their judgement... did this book (Amazon / Borders is, after all, at heart a BOOKSTORE, not a software store) serve to better prepare you for the ASVAB?

-- And if you cannot use a book without an associated CD then I, for my own part, certainly hope you either didn't take the exam or you failed it. I don't want YOU in the military I mean to join - not in THESE times.
