When I purchased this book, I was already transitioning with study of other materials by Ingenix and put Grider's book to the side until I could finish Ingenix. When I picked up Grider's ICD-10, well, I didn't put it down for the whole weekend and finished it in 4 days. Great, and well written with above usual organization for taking on such a task of the ICD-10 classification system.
