Preschool Aerobic Fun

I am a preschool "creative movement" teacher and have been for 15 years. This recording is great for very young children(2-4)--it's easy to follow and has very basic movement vocabulary. One side has just instrumnetals. I have worn through 2 copies of this old stand by.

This cd is geared toward 2-3 yr olds. Most of the songs are good gross motor songs that teach following directions or some basic skill. Finger poppin' can be made into a circletime song- with hand movements. Please keep in mind the entire second half of the cd is instrumental. You have to make up your own stuff or already know the Alley Cat, etc. Definately worth buying if your in with the 2's. You gotta keep the little ones busy, very busy.

This CD is great for exercising with young children. I use it at least twice a week in my Kindergarten class. The children love it.

My 2 1/2 year old loves this CD. We listen to it almost everyday. It provides a great energy outlet for my busy son. I do not find it annoying to listen to like many children's CD.

I really wanted a DVD of kids doing aerobics...but the music is still fun! The songs sort of tell you what to do

I teach preschoolers and I've been using this CD for years. It's not the most interesting music you'll ever hear, but there's some fun stuff for little ones to move to. "Chugalong Choo-Choo" is a favorite, and fun to play after you read a book about trains. The Bunny Hop is fun for springtime. I don't teach the real Bunny Hop dance (way too hard), we just hop around and pretend to pick up eggs to put in our pretend baskets. Other songs are good to use as instrumental background for movement activities.

Even though the CD says Preschool my 2 year loves it and can do many of the movements. Its a fun CD that works great for getting a kid moving and following instructions.

Love, love, love this CD! We learned movements to do with the songs thru my son's tumbling class and have had so much fun doing it at home too. "Finger Poppin" is the best track!!

The children in our school look forward to moving to this cd. It is a great way to get them to get excersize while having fun
