I owned a copy of Prescription for Nutritional Healing book years ago and used it with great success in encapsulating herbs.
When I purchased this book I selected a new copy but instead received a used copy. However the book is in great shape and for the price it's worth the error. Overall I'm satisfied with the delivery and the book.

I got this book back in the 1990's. It is superb. Part One tells you how to use the book. Introduction - Elements of Health - Vitamins and their uses - Antioxidants and their uses - Natural Food Supplements and their uses. Part Two has The Disorders (illnesses) which explains causes and remedies which includes herb teas. Part Three has Remedies and Therapies (Blood Purification, Fasting, Juicing etc.). In my opinion newer books, are nothing like this one and not as good.
