Even an unbeliever can get something out of this book!,

I haven't been much of a believer in the phenomenon Bergmark documents, but as I read, I found myself responding to her profound message: If we stop fighting the things that happen to us and learn to relax with them, then we can learn from them instead of getting bitter and angry about them. I took her story of how she stopped fighting the aliens and applied it to my life and saw how I had been MEANT to go through certain painful things in order to grow. I don't like this fact (that I have to go through pain to get better) but at least I'm learning not to fight it so hard. I've lost a lot of my self-pity after reading this book.
