As a bookseller in a new thought church's bookstore - The Store for the Miracle Minded - I oversaw the expansion of our "New Age" Tape and CD section. All of the "Sounds True Audio" labels recordings are top notch, and this particular title is one of the very best, and the best for its category (the study of Buddhist practice for westerners). I had the chance to meet and listen to many spiritual and self-development teachers and listening to Thich's voice one hears the peacefulness and intelligence that comes from a life of dedication to contemplative practice. These recordings are among the best for helping to heal the body/mind/spirit connection. I highly recommend them.
