Book Description

June 1989 0960945687 978-0960945689
Unexpected outcomes occur in virtually every birth; it is rare to find a pregnancy and birth that fulfills the dreams and expectations of both the mother and the father. Yet, how do Childbirth Educators realistically begin to prepare families for some of the possible unexpected outcomes? This booklet assists them by sharing reasons why this is vitally important, as well as many tools, worksheets, activities and resources to use in the curriculum and during class discussions.
