Michelle M has a great voice and on their earlier stuff (singles released on 45s) had alot more energy. This album is more mainstream, and toned down, with emotion - don't judge the band entirely on this album, though it's not bad. Saw them in Chicago a few times, and they had lots of potential, but watered down their music. Should have stayed with their earlier (pre-record deal) style, and they would've been around now. Michelle M has lots of talent, and I wouldn't be surprised if she resurfaced with her own band. I'd like to see the re-release of their singles on CD.
