My daughter is 3, and she uses these brushes. The heads are small enough for me to maneuver around in her mouth when I help her, and they are sized appropriately for little hands. This pack comes as an assortment of colours, not of your choosing. I got two "tiger" (orange with a black stripe), two green, and two pink brushes. If your child isn't picky (mine isn't) this shouldn't be a problem. The cases the brushes come in are also made to be used as a travel case, too. They provide a thorough cleaning, plus you can save up the old brushes and print out a return label off of Preserve's website and mail them back to the company where they will recycle them, all for free (the brushes--all but the bristles--come from recycle #5 plastics, such as yogurt cups). My family and I use Preserve toothbrushes, and we collect them up together in a little box under the bathroom sink and ship them all back each year. They are a great product. Helps us keep our teeth clean, and helps out our environment too. Terrific.

I like that this is for kids but not with a branded character. Always good to have an extra toothbrush around.

I have two kids who both use these brushes. One is 3 years old and the other is 5. They love them. They are small enough so my kids can use them comfortably and we love that they are made from recycled material. A win-win!!!!!! Priced right too. Highly recommend.

I love the Preserve company for the recycling aspect. These brushes are a perfect size for kids and really comfortable to brush with. The only downside I have found is that they seem to lose bristles easily if the child really bites the brush (as mine does!), but nothing major...just a minor thing that I noticed with my 3 yr. old. This doesn't happen for my 5 yr. old since he doesn't bite his brush! :)

I bought these for my boys (21 mo. and 4 years) because of the great reviews and the recycled plastic feature, but was so disappointed when they arrived. The bristols are SOOO wire-like, rough, terrible AND they were falling out even before use. I wouldn't use these on my own teeth - much less my little boys. I wish i had read a review like this before purchasing. Its great that the plastic is recycled, but it is not worth the sacrifice of a pleasant teeth cleaning experience.

First of all, the handle may be recycled plastic (which I thought was the greatest idea), but the silly plastic tube it comes in is, ahem, NOT RECYCLABLE. Huh? Second, the toothbrush head is way too small for my 8 year old's mouth, and definitely on the cusp of too small for my 6 year old. Bummed I wasted my money on this.

The toothbrushes are perfect size for little hands and we love that they are made from recycled plastic. They work fine for brushing. Hope Preserve modifies the design so they lie flat on the counter while squeezing toothpaste on them. The current design is rounded, so they roll to one side.

Request for Amazon: can you please make your bundle colors of this product gender neutral? I had to give away 2 of the 6 toothbrushes because my son won't use pink ones. Silly, but a reality of having a little boy.

We wanted to continue our effort to bring less chemicals into our home so we started tackling items that we use multiple times a day. We purchased these toothbrushes for our two older children (ages 4-6). They highly approved of the toothbrushes and can't wait to use them. With a flat design they are easier for our kids to grasp and clean their teeth. The bumps on the handle also help to provide a no slip area not only for the kids, but for Mom & Dad as well as we help brush their teeth. We love the fact that the cases are able to be recycled as are the toothbrushes. The animal facts on the cases,and money from the sale of the brushes to help wildlife is an extra bonus. While it is a bummer you can't pick the colors or animals it is such a minor point, but I did want to mention that fact. Overall we have been very pleased with these toothbrushes and we wouldn't hesitate to order them in the future.

Product came as described with 2 orange, 2 green and 2 pink brushes. Unfortunately 4 of the six brushes had their bristles bent atthe time of packing into the recycline plastic case. They wont straighten now.

Must be some quality issue. I have bought the same product in the past and not had this issue (thus the 3 stars)

These toothbrushes are just the right size for young children and even fit into regular toothbrush holders (unlike some kids' brushes that are super wide in the handle).
