This journal was such a help to me during my busy canning and freezing seasons. I would normally keep small scraps of paper with recipes and amounts somewhere in my cupboards. With this journal I am organized and much more productive. My family never runs out of their favorite canned item anymore because I know how much they eat from year to year and can anticipate during the picking season. I don't know what I did without this journal, it has literally changed my life and made canning a delight.
