Error - President Regan missing,
By Lisa C "Lisa" (Boulder City, NV USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Presidential Dollar Collector's Folder (Board book)
This folder goes to President Ford, however, the coins are of non-living presidents and President Regan, who predeceased President Ford, is missing. There are no extra spaces either.
I also purchased the Littleton Coin folder. It was manufactured prior to Pres. Ford's death. This folder has space for additional coins. It's not the quality product of Sterling folder but it is error free. By 2016 I'm sure there will be new folders.

Not what I expected ...,

Sorry, I didn't like this. Nothing in the description told me that there are 2 places for each coin, one for each mint. I had to buy another collector folder.

I bought a stack of these to build my collection and i was very happy with the quality of the folders. It opens up to reveal 4 pages and the ends have a paper cover to seperate the coins when it is folded up. There was one issue, when I received the folders, it looked like they were very dusty. It ended up being wear on the glossy finish of the folder. So if you like a immaculate looking product, you might be disappointed.

Nice collector book. It has slots for both "D" and "P" Issuances. Many only have one coin slot so two books are needed "D" for Denver or "P" for Philadelphia.

I used the regular blue whitman presidential dollar coin folder. That one was a bit tight. This one is not so! This coin folder fits the dollar coins very well and very easy. And it holds the coins pretty well. I definitely recommend this product over the whitman blue folder.

I bought this item for my brother-in-laws birthday. I had seen a different folder that my neighbor had,but this one was much much more pleasing and is very rich-looking. My brother-in-law was very pleased with his gifts!

I ordered this folder after buying the folder for the Commemorative State Quarters from the same company, which turned out to be an excellent folder. This one, not so. There is a tear on the inside that cannot have been made during transit or handling. The binding is all creased and strained, because it doesn't allow sufficient room for the pages to close. It was really disappointing to receive a folder like this, especially given that the Quarters folder was so good. The slots go upto Gerald Ford, and there are no extra slots, nor is there a slot for Ronald Reagan. Clearly, a lesser amount of thought was put into this folder. It's kinda sad, since this could have been an excellent folder, had there been enough initiative. I am alright with storing my Dollars here for the moment, and hopefully a better or improved version of this folder will come out in due time.

Although I don't have a lot of dollar coins, this is a great product! I love the style and the holes fit the coins just about right!

I love how well it is set up. The descriptions for the coins are easily readable. I only wish that it has a plastic cover to go over the coins themselves. I sometimes feel that they might fall out if I open it wrong. But they are just snug enough that I haven't had any problems. I LOVE that it has a space for both mints of the coins. No need to buy a secondary folder.

Two slots for each coin, P and D mint. These are much harder to find than the quarters, and such more challenging. The book is well built and holds coins well.
