I expected a hardcover since that's what is written on the description. The folders/portfolios I bought for the state quarters have a layer of cardboard with holes to hold the quarters and a layer of cardboard as the back of the book. This one has the cardboard that holds the coins, but it is essentially four pieces of cardboard glued to a long strip of paper. Not exactly a "hardcover."

I purchased three, one for each of my sons. But I'm returning them all.

The backing is mere paper and will surely not last the years it will take to collect all the coins.

I received the state quarters folders at the same time and the backing was a sturdy cardboard.

Extremely satisfied with this folder. It is a compact size and easy to fit on any shelf. In addition, the coins fit securely in the holes, and do not fall out when moving the book around. Includes nformation about each president, and has empty holes for a few presidents beyond the current series. A good buy!

Nice quality, but only has slots for one mint. If your collecting both "P" & "D" coins and want one folder, buy the one from Sterling Publishing.

The albums arrived in excellent condition and hold the coins well. There is a little history on each president written. Nice gift for kids!

It is exactly the one I want! It holds coins tightly and also provides useful information about the presidents in the United States' history. For those who don't care about collecting P and D together, it is a good choice--one hole per dollar. The nice thing is that it also has extra spaces to hold new dollars that not in plan to create yet. I put some old dollars there.:)

This folder is much nicer than the state quarter folder that I have. Good, short descriptions about each president.

Presidential Dollars Collectors Folder Colorful, was a little dissappointed that not all the Presidents were listed, and there wasn't enough room for future Presidents.

This presidential dollar holder was just right for what I wanted. It gave information on each President which is very nice for the collection.

I received my dollar collectors folder today and it looks very nice. It's a shame it is so hard to locate these books locally that you have to buy them on line and pay shipping besides. My only complaint was that the coins fit so extremely tight in the folder. I literally had to use a hammer to pound them into the book. Other than that I like the product and am happy to finally have a place to store my collection.
