EDUCATIONAL FUN
BOUGHT THIS GAME FOR MY 6 YEAR OLD GRANDSON. HE WAS LEARNING TO PLAY CHECKERS/CHESS IN SCHOOL. MY FAMILY COMPETES WITH EACH OTHER IN CHESS, SO HE HAS TEACHERS AT HOME. IT'S A GREAT EDUCATIONAL GAME.

If you can get past the smell . . . .
If you can get past the smell of the checkers and checker board, the product would be ok. Maybe it needs to be checked for chemicals.

Bought this for my 5 year old who was interested in learning Checkers and Chess. It's a low priced set and it is mostly fine for a 5 year old.Positively: -Works just fine for a child who wants to learn -Inexpensive The biggest complaints were as follows: -Came missing a checker -The board was not completely flat -The chess pieces were a little small
