The information presented in this video is terrific. Marc Coseo's Pressure Point System should be available to anyone who has sore muscles, aches, pains or who is active in ANY sport. The system allows anyone who has a flat floor space and a couple of tennis balls to manipulate sore muscles. Because Coseo has figured out specific areas of manipulation using his extensive clinical experience with acupuncture, many chronic diseases may be addressed using this easy to learn, straight forward system. In my case, I received nearly instantaneous relief from tender and sore shoulder and hip muscles which were aggravated by my martial arts practice. A friend found that using the balls on spleen points did a great deal to alleviate her uncomfortable stomach disorder. The system is applicable for low back pain, sore and stiff shoulders as well as many other diseases addressed by acupuncture.
