Perfect way to get your 'spots',

I get killer knots (my spots) right between my shoulder blades and my spine. When I try to massage them with my own hands, it results in the very muscles I'm trying to relax becoming tight in the process. This little gizmo gets at the offending muscles without using them in the process. I LOVE it and have purchased several for friends. It's also a great conversation piece.
