Fun game, not necessarily educational,

I got this game for my brother, who is an architecture major. I just thought he'd enjoy the pictures of the buildings, but the game itself is really fun, especially for a group of 4 or 5. It was somewhat complicated to learn, but once we had played it a few times, we all really enjoyed it. It involves collecting the cards that, when put together, make up a famous building. There's also an element of speed and being the first to match cards.
There is some information about the buildings included, but the game does not teach you about the buildings and having prior architecture knowledge doesn't help you with the game. However, this item would obviously be cooler for someone who appreciates architecture than for someone who doesn't. |
