Since I am a nursing student I had to buy all my supplies--importantly a stethoscope. I wanted the best on the market because it's so tedious that I successfully pass my clinicals when listening to brachial & PMI pulses, lung sounds, stomach sounds, etc. At first I was going to purchase a Littmann or an Ultrascope but the prices were way too expensive and as a student I could not afford it. So i searched for stethoscopes online on Amazon and came upon this one. I must say that the reviews were very helpful in helping me make my decision to purchase this particular one. I can honestly say that I have passed my all my exams with an A+ and I am truly very happy with this stethscope. I can hear EVERYTHING very clearly, even over 3 layers of clothing. For the price, this is truly a bargain and I promise that you will not be dissapointed. Plus, it works and even looks just like the Ultrascope (my fellow classmates own them) and they are very jealous that they paid over $100 when they could of purchased this one. I've received many compliments from my patients and fellow nurses. This will not dissapoint. Try it out, you could always return it if you don't agree, but I highly doubt it!!!

I have used many scopes over the 25+ years of my nursing career, but these clear-sound scopes fit the bill best for several reasons: The patients LOVE THEM! They really help cut the ice with anxious patients both big and small. I can personally hear as well-or-better than with the so-called cardiology scopes, which are so expensive. I loved the first one so much I bought several more and now have a colorful collection to match my uniforms, and the unique head design catches a lot of attention. I highly recommend this scope to any medical personel requiring a dependable, accurate, great-looking scope for a very reasonable cost. You won't be sorry! This is a great stethoscope. I have been a nurse for years and this is one of the best I have used.

Bought this for my wife, she's currently taking a Paramedic class. It works great in the home, but while in an Ambulance you cannot hear any vitals. Would reccommend you just pay the extra money to get a Littmman if you need it for any thing other than home stuff!!

Well, for starters, I had to buy a stethoscope for my skills lab class and was recommended to get one at the college. I did. Several weeks later, I used the school purchased one. Boy, I couldn't hear a thing. I thought I was in a process of hearing loss. It seemed most of my classmates had the same problem with their stethoscope too. You just couldn't hear anything. I decided to purchase this Pink Ribbon Stethoscope before clinical started. I was dead on about choosing this one. I can hear everything perfect!!! I love it!!!! Some of by classmates liked it because of the pink ribbon representing support for breast caner survivors. I'm glad Amazon was here to help me solve my problem. Great Product!!!!!!

This is a great stethoscope for the price. I can hear through dressings and can clearly hear lung and heart sounds without problem. It is long enough to wear flopped around my neck and is lightweight. I would buy one of these again.

Works just as well or better than other stethoscopes I've used. RN x 10 yrs.

I have difficulty hearing due to ringing in my ears, but was able to hear breath/heart sounds just fine.It compares right up there with my 180.00 stethoscope.You won't be sorry you bought it - i'm not!!! It was under 30.00 and the quality is good.

I read other reviews and was impressed by the reviews of the good quality. I am however not impressed with the real thing. The sound quality is much poorer than some scopes that have cost even less. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who is doing anything greater than taking BP's even then I would be cautious.

The stethescope arrived well packaged, on time. It has clear sounds, and is light. It is very attractive. Perfect for my job.
