Beautiful historical reference book
Every person who loves jewelry should own this beautiful and well-written book on the most magnificent jewels in the world.

A glorified auction catalog
Not a great book, not really a good one. Poor editing and proofing. Ms. Childers should spend some time with Daniela Mascetti -- and a spelling tutor. A hardcover attempt in a softcover product.
