Product Description

The sealing ring fits around the inside rim of the cover and forms a pressure-tight seal between the cover and the body of the pressure cooker during cooking. When installing a sealing ring, work it into the cover in four small sections, for example, top, bottom , left and right. Work it into the groove a small section at a time until it is fully in place. Place the cover on the cooker body. Put one hand on the top center of the cover and push down firmly. Open and close the cover several times.

This fits an old Model p1/PE3 Presto WeeCookerie Whole Meal Maker. The old sealing ring part number was 50296. This unit may go back as far as the late 1970's.

Ordered gasket kit, recived in 3 days, fit perfect, My only gripe was that the cooker itself has no indication on how many quarts it holds. Thankfully the original part number of the cooker was stamped into the bottem of the cooker and the part number was how I located the correct gasket. I have used it 4 times since installing the gasket and the new blow out plug and everything works perfect. I recomed these gaskets to anyone who knows how to get the right size. Have no leaks and am really pleases with my purchase.
