This is a great cooker. We already have a larger Presto pressure cooker and we needed a smaller version. This one is the perfect size. It works better than our older one because it has newer features. Of course, our older one is over 30 years old and it is still working great. So, I expect this one to be even better and serve us just as long. So far, it has exceeded my expectations.

I love my Presto 6 Quart Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker. It is just the right size - plenty big enough for company, but small enough for my husband and I. The small handle across from the main handle allows easy handling. It cleans up quickly and is as good as new. It makes preparing last minute meals a cinch!

Received the pressure cooker in a very timely manner. It was double packed which is unusual anymore and not damaged in any way. We're cooking with it already. I came with a nice little cookbook plus there are many, many recipes on the internet, of course, for pressure cookers. Our only regret is that the diameter is smaller than the old models so you can't brown very many pieces of meat at a time prior to the pressure cooking stage. Other than that, it works quite well. I like the cover lock/pressure indicator, which is a safety feature.
