My Little girl and I were so excited to receive her Halloween costume in the mail only to find that the dress does NOT compare to the picture on the package. It is flimsy and cheap in its design and construction. It also runs large and way too long for the tail effect of the dress to look good at all. I am returning this and will be going with my original plan-sew my own Mermaid costume for her!

Costume was very cute, however it was very poorly made. Several shells fell off the the hanging strings right after my daughter tried it on.

Don't waste your money.
