I was skeptical when I first heard that a shower mat could help energize you for the day. But this one works. For the first few days, you may feel uncomfortable -- putting your weight on the side with the "bristles" or even just standing on the raised bumps is not comfortable at first... however, after about a week, a transformation takes place. You will enjoy a gentle but firm foot massage and may even find that you feel better about waking up (especially if you're like me and not at all a morning person)!
