I have been using the Pretty Lotus Caffeine Free Extra Strength Noni Dieters tea for over a year now. The result is amazing.... I have been able to loose weight, and keeping it off by using the tea 2 times per day. Once after lunch and another one after dinner, or better use before bedtime. The fact that the tea is caffeine free it will not keep you up at night, but instead it will calm you down and help you get a good night rest. Another thing that i love particularly about the tea is that it clean out your system on a daily basis, and that is perfect because any food that you eat will just be flushed away. I trully recommend this product. Personnaly i will still be using the product for a long time to come.

Okay so one of my co-workers gave me this tea and the first time I took it I had cramps and was in the bathroom all night but the second day I had no problems and It's not a quick fix but I did notice the difference after a week and I was pleased
