I have been a fan of Pretty Ricky since Bluestars dropped May 2005. I believe the group is still not the same without ex-group member Pleasure P. Bluestars was one of their best albums to date. Now with their lastest project Self-Titled [Pretty Ricky] it is a really good album. But the album is not better than Late Night Sepcial or Bluestars. It does shows a different side of Pretty Ricky and proves that they can be verstile with their material. On the song "Lapdance" it has a nice beat and the singing voice of the group [Lingerie] does his thing. Their current single "Say A Command" is sort a new verison of the 80's smash "Computer Love" and I have to admit sounds really good how they combined computer lingo and singing together. The break out smash hit "Tipsy In Dis Club" is a club anthem for ladies and fellas to get tipsy and dance off of. Spectacular kills his opening verse on the song and Lingerie gives the songs chorus a nice sound. Overall the album has a nice vibe and sound it but, group members DiamondBlue, Spectacular and Slickem Hound become to repeative on the sexual subject matters. They tend to use the same lines and phrases for different songs on the album. Next time they need to be more orginial and stray away from their sexual explicit references on the next or furture albums. This album is worth buying if you are a pretty ricky fan or like sexually explicit music that will suurely heat up any bedroom.

Wow, this album is straight trash. Whoever likes this album must be under 13 years old. I am a grown man, and I enjoy sex just like the next man but wow. They are garbage, the only one person in there group with some talent was P, and he is not there anymore. I am not hating, just keeping it real. I mean they are grown men, talking about sex as if they were 13. LOL
