I am a caregiver for my mother who is incontinent and can't stand. These briefs are easy to use with the velco like closures that allow for readjustments. The material is fabric like; not at all like some of the plastic type of adult briefs. Lately I have noticed an addition of a small amount of elastic on each leg that helps with a comfortable close fit. My mom is 5' and weighs about 125 lbs. however I use the size large as she was use to wearing full coverage womans briefs prior to incontinence and since I don't have help it is easier for me to put on her. I use these diapers for my handicapped daughter. She has a lot of skin problems and these diapers protect her skin from further problems.

This is an excellent product for adult incontinence, based upon our experience with my wife's 97 y/o mom, whom we've been turning and changing at night for over two years. She is diabetic, which means (in her case, and some others) a lot of nocturnal urination. We had subscribed to the Per-Fit briefs for over a year, but some of them "overflowed" due to the heavy urination. The manufacturer of these briefs, First Quality, recommended the Breezers because of their better absorbency - and they were right! They provided free samples for us to try, so we could evaluate their briefs of different sizes and types.

These Breezers are wonderful, reliable briefs and, along with the Per-Fit briefs, are great to work with because the tapes only stick to the fabric cover of the briefs (not your fingers) and can be re-positioned easily. We have recommended them to others who have elder adults who need changes at night due to urination. We ordered them at Amazon via monthly "subcription," which means we get a good discount compared to ordering each case of briefs individually.

My Uncle is 86 and these work for him. They are expensive ... however, AMAZON has the best PRICE and they are delivered in a timely manner.

PS ... The only thing that I do not like from an environmental standpoint is that AMAZON double boxes ... they put the diaper box in an AMAZON box where means I recycle two cardboard boxes instead of one ... AMAZON is stil the best source for these great diapers.

At first we didn't like these for my mother who's had a long recovery from surgery. The size seemed too big. But turns out these are loose fitting, allowing her skin to breathe. And they still provide all the needed leakage protection. Good product, great price, free shipping.

The Breezers work real well and having orders automatically shipped is so convenient. The price is the best around.

This product thank goodness was just as I thought. It is the same product my 94 year-old Mama uses, except it is not transparent. Saved us at the right moment. We will never run out again!!

I receive this monthly. Recent shipment has problems with tabs being stuck in a crooked or folded position making use more difficult for the provider. The hook&loop sticks to unintended item of bedding & clothing.

These diapers (briefs) are very absorbent. They allow the skin to breathe. My son has not had any rashes since changing to these briefs a few years back. The price is great (I have ordered from other sources) and this is the best buy. I like the fact that I can have a regular order and adjust it as needed. I will continue to order these here.

I care for my mother and it took me awhile to find these briefs. They have these great side closure tabs (velco like) that allow you to reclose as often as needed till you get it correct. And the fabric is more cloth like, unlike some of the others that are plastic. There is also elastic around the leg area. I can't say anything bad about the product but I do use a size larger than recommended for my mom's weight.
