I am a caregiver for my mother who is incontinent and can't stand. These briefs are easy to use with the velco like closures that allow for readjustments. The material is fabric like; not at all like some of the plastic type of adult briefs. Lately I have noticed an addition of a small amount of elastic on each leg that helps with a comfortable close fit. My mom is 5' and weighs about 125 lbs. however I use the size large as she was use to wearing full coverage womans briefs prior to incontinence and since I don't have help it is easier for me to put on her. This is an excellent product for adult incontinence, based upon our experience with my wife's 97 y/o mom, whom we've been turning and changing at night for over two years. She is diabetic, which means (in her case, and some others) a lot of nocturnal urination. We had subscribed to the Per-Fit briefs for over a year, but some of them "overflowed" due to the heavy urination. The manufacturer of these briefs, First Quality, recommended the Breezers because of their better absorbency - and they were right! They provided free samples for us to try, so we could evaluate their briefs of different sizes and types.
