My problem isn't with my bladder; I have instant, uncontrollable diarrhea without any warning. Depends let it leak through. Prevail doesn't. I save my plastic grocery sacks to dispose of the used ones in. This is an embarrassing review to write, but I hope it will help somebody else. BTW, if you have this problem, try cutting out all wheat, rye, and barley products, and READ LABELS because there is wheat in a lot of places you don't expect, including soup and beer (which I haven't used for 35 years anyway). You might find that you're gluten-intolerant. If so, Amazon has a huge selection of gluten-free products, but when you see the prices, which aren't any better anywhere else, you might decide that it's easier to live without bread, crackers, cookies, etc.

Fits well and feels like natural. Easy to get into and out of and does not leak... Tried them all and this is the one that works.Mever an accident with this one... and now the back is marked with a deeper blue line that is easier to see too.

These are better than what I've been buying in the store. They don't leak. Mom is 200+ pounds and they fit her great. Excellent product!!

I can't tell you from all perspectives how this product compares to others of its kind. But I do know that it arrives on time and in good condition. It is also the best price for an item I have to buy for my mother-in-law frequently. I am grateful to have it delivered to my door instead of finding time to drive around looking for the best deal this week. If you are taking care of an elderly person's needs, you know how limited your time is. I love the subscription service and wish I had known about it years ago.

The product is FINE, but the price has ratcheted up TWO TIMES now. I started the "subscribe and save" program several months ago. Great deal, right? You sign up for monthly deliveries and then get an added 15% discount. WRONG! The starting "subscribe and save" price quickly bumped up from $30/case to $42/case, and this month I am shocked to see it at $51/case. That was the price I was paying through regular retail outlets!

I have used the Prevail Protective Underwear for about two years.
The product is good, but I had signed up for monthly delivery
through Amazon.. The vendor is irresponsible at best. Supposed to
be one delivery a month.. Some months late delivery, some months, two
deliveries and then, the vendor almost doubles the price without any
notification. I have canceled my subscription and have found another
vendor that I am trying.. Very poor communication with Amazon over
the vendor's business practice..

I purchased these for an elderly friend. The stitching is not done well and the fabric inside pulls away and the cotton batting comes out. Half a package of 22 fell apart when worn. She can not see well enough to inspect them before wearing and has ended up with a mess a few times that could have been avoided. Really was very unhappy with Prevail product.

These elastic pull-ups are the only ones that fit my obese relative. They are soft and comfortable. I will continue to buy them - the price is right. Don't buy the kind with the adjustable tabs (in any brand name); they will blow apart when the patient sits. The elastic pull-ups are the ones to buy.

My mother thinks they are most like underwear of all the brands that we have tried.

I have a subscription for 2XL Prevail briefs, which I buy for my disabled daughter. The item always comes regularly, and the price is very good- I cannot find these in this size at any local stores. I am very happy with the product and subscription service!
