Persistent exposure to this leads to many major ailments that many fear as they go through life, and Nair seeks to explain her theory as well as offering tips on avoiding inflammation in everyday life. "Prevent Cancer" is a new approach to health and prevention of cancer, highly recommended.

This book combines both Eastern and Western proven methods for curing/fighting cancer. My mother chose to forgo chemo for her breast cancer and was healed by implementing the fermented soy. My aunt, also cured herself of skin cancer using the fermented soy. Fermented soy (Haelan) is truly a God send. This book is a must read.

The author has been applying Western scientific study to some Eastern medical wisdom and practices. I consider the information she provides in this little book to be highly valuable. In fact, this information could reduce chronic diseases and lower health care costs for individuals and for the nation.
