This book is very well organized to help you save time in the kitchen. Most of the recipes require few ingredients. The meals are good and the portion sizes are satisfying. One of the things I like most about the book is that the dishes are paired (entree, side, and dessert). I'm happy with this purchase. It's a book I will use again and again.

Great little cookbook!, November 29, 2010

I found this cookbook at my local library and I really like it. Most of the recipes are simple and easy to make with fresh ingredients that can be tweaked if you're feeling creative. I like that it has a "side dish" (usually simple things like rice, pasta, fruit or veggies) included with each recipe to make is a complete meal. But the number one thing I love about this book is that most of the recipes are sized for two portions! Finally a cookbook that I can use to make something quick for just me and the hubby! If I need more then the recipe can easily be doubled and it helps in the battle against fast food in my house. Would probably be a good gift for someone moving out on their own for the first time too!
