What is in the box: Detailed installation instructions and the following parts are included: metal handle assembly with trim ring, showerhead assembly with finish matched flange and arm, tub spout and a ceramic-disc cartridge valve body assembly. This product comes with a hex wrench for tightening a set screw into the handle. Tools and Parts not included: Your installation may require new supply lines and/or shutoff valves or additional tools. A recommended tool kit for any faucet installation should include PTFE plumber's tape or thread sealant, plumbers putty, slotted screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver, pliers, adjustable wrench, cloth and a flashlight. This item cannot ship to California or Vermont.

So glad that I purchased this faucet. Had shopped at Home Depot and found this faucet initially. Of course, I wanted to check Amazon to see if I could get a better deal, as it was priced at $200 at Home Depot. Found it on Amazon through a different seller for $94. What a deal! It arrived on time, however, without the installation instructions. Was able to go to the manufacturers website and print out complete instructions. Was actually quite easy to install. The quality is great and it looks impressive. The faucet is quite tall, so you can fit large pots underneath and it never gets dirty or only rarely has a water spot or two. We have had no issues with the sprayer. The brushed stainless steel looks like new always, but also cleans up easily if there is a water spot. A quick wipe with a damp cloth and it looks like new again! Highly recommend.

Installs easily, good quality materials so I expect a longer than normal lifetime. Excellent price against similar competitors. Gives excellent high clearance for items in sink. If you like the style, I would recommend you buy.

This faucet is two years old and already has failed completely. The faucet has not provided average volume and the soap dispenser is a pain to fill. There is no tech support anywhere!
